Hi there, I would like to give feedback for your retail sales rep Armaan Sayed at R-City Vikroli for US Polo store. I don't connect with every sales person because most don't care, and very few sales rep carry that aura that instantly connects with buyers. Most sales rep feel their job is a burden and it can be seen by how they assist customers. Armaan was neither intimidating like some sales reps are not was he casual in his approach like most sales reps are. I only purchased 5 jeans because Armaan helped me brilliantly and patiently. You can see the spark in his eyes of his willing and zeal to serve customers and give his best. He got me sizes and shades what I needed and guided me on elements I didn't know about. I put the effort to write because I'm a manager myself and know the value of good people and employees and also because I want Armaan to know his worth and to be encouraged to continue to serve well. It's one thing to buy and people will buy anyways because of the discounts but it's another thing to buy with such a fabulous experience!
