I visited the store today and was very impressed with the professional conduct of the staff. Significantly better than several other stores/brands I visited in the same mall, including RareRabbit (which was arrogant and bad overall) and Jack and Jones (fairly good but not comparable to USPA). While I missed asking the name of the person who attended to us, she was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I am a regular US Polo customer...And... today's experience was the best among my visits to many other USPA stores as well. Keep it up!
